We are constantly looking for people to work from home and write Business & Government Proposals for our firm on a full time basis.   • Demonstrate strong writing skills within a structured process
  • Ability to review RFP sections and apply to the proposal development and writing process
  • Ability to prepare proposal outlines and volumes in compliance with RFP requirements
  • Accomplish proposal editing, formatting, compliance checks, and final proposal assembly
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of a document library that includes historical proposal documents, formal responses, section references, templates and standardized past performances documents
  • Other duties are assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree in related area or equivalent experience
  • Possess excellent writing skills for both technical and marketing-focused content
  • Possess strong presentation and communication skills
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills
  • Possess excellent personal computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to include: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Ability to conduct research and generate original content
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable, and exhibit excellent attention to details
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and rapid turnaround times
  • Ability to multitask
