Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong writing skills within a structured process
- Ability to review RFP sections and apply to the proposal development and writing process
- Ability to prepare proposal outlines and volumes in compliance with RFP requirements
- Accomplish proposal editing, formatting, compliance checks, and final proposal assembly
- Assist with the development and maintenance of a document library that includes historical proposal documents, formal responses, section references, templates and standardized past performances documents
- Other duties are assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related area or equivalent experience
- Possess excellent writing skills for both technical and marketing-focused content
- Possess strong presentation and communication skills
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Possess excellent personal computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to include: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Ability to conduct research and generate original content
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable, and exhibit excellent attention to details
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and rapid turnaround times
- Ability to multitask
